The BBC seem to have started a new section on news thats a bit strange! It can be found here.

One of the first stories is on a man who has offered his own head for shrinking....

John Cleese V. New Zealand

A town in New Zealand has unofficially named their dump after John Cleese, after he called Palmerston North the "suicide capital of New Zealand". I bet he finds it funny too!

Fairly Strange article about Life in Ireland

CSS in the Live Lounge with Jo Whiley on BBC, i <3 CSS

More Pirate News

This is sad news though, although not strictly pirate, you get the drift,

The Cutty Sark which was being renovated has been damaged by fire. It's being treated as suspicious. This is so depressing, why would someone ruin a historic piece like this.... :(

Give us the Night

Here's a site set up to try change licensing laws in Ireland

Give us the Night

Animals...Free yourselves!

Hot on the heels of a story in today's Independent about some ducks' bid for freedom, we hear about a gorilla running amok in a zoo in Holland.

Just since I was thinking about him the other day,

in Dali news,

There are not one but three Hollywood features being planned about the artist. With Johnny Depp, Al Pacino and Peter O'Toole are all tipped to play the strange but talented coot.

Dali News
