For a screengrab you press ctrl and the any key..
No for reelz it's ctrl + Printscreen/sysrq (it's on the right hand side above the numerical keyboard), and paste it into paintbrush, and save as a jpg... i promise it doesn't take as long as it sounds like it might take... :)
